Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to withdraw and cancel services for ANY reason. If Dr. Aguirre DO cancels a service at her discretion, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED YOUR BOOKING FEE. The booking fees paid at the time of your online booking are to reserve your appointment and make sure you intend to come. If for some reason you can't make the appointment, you can notify Dr. Aguirre within 48 hours. If you fail to do so, YOUR BOOKING FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!

Each customer is expected to abide by the following:

• Show up on time to appointments. If you are going to be late, please inform us by phone at least 15 minutes prior to appointment. If you are a no-show, Dr. Aguirre DO reserves the right to not see you as a patient any longer. 
• Every patient is expected to show respect for the physician and all other employees. Rude behavior will not be tolerated and will result in your ban from the practice.
